The brewing team was first introduced to the broad world of cider, while on a trip to the Pacific Northwest to harvest hops. The only cider available at the time was mass-produced by large corporations. It was clear that the company needed to spread its roots and create a cider that was not overly sweet and bring locally sourced cider home to Georgia.
